Check Out the Young Innovators Fair

Whether or not your child has shown an interest in science, technology, engineering, or math — otherwise known as STEM — there is one event that will definitely spark it. The Young Innovators Fair is a huge event that opens up a world of education and inspiration to young minds, and it’s coming to the Greater Philadelphia Expo Center on January 2 and 3, 2016.

Google, Pixar, Kahn Academy, FIRST LEGO League, The Academy of Natural Sciences, and 100 additional participants will inspire children in science, technology, engineering, arts, and math with more than 50 exhibits, 40 stage acts, and other surprises. Kids ages 5 to 18 are encouraged to attend and experience this fun, immersive, interactive event that offers countless activities, exhibits, and engaging speakers to get them thinking and get excited about the endless possibilities for innovation.

With ten Innovation Worlds spread across 120,000 square feet—the equivalent of three indoor football fields—families can explore:
Hackers Hideout: experience Google Expeditions virtual reality and learn Minecraft Mod programming techniques
Biologists Bay: interact with underwater ROVs and examine dinosaur skeletons
