Staying true to the Star Wars storyline, Lego Star Wars: Droid Tales retells key scenes and moments from the original Star Wars films. Added to the tales, however, are loads of funny, quotable lines, hilarious antics and laugh-out-loud scenes that add to the entertainment value. Honestly, I’m not a huge Star Wars fan… but I’m now a big Lego Star Wars fan… I love seeing what will happen next (or what will be said next), because these tales are so packed full of humor! Adults will laugh at the comparisons made between the original films and the re-enactment by Lego figures. They’ll also note the sarcasm, wit and humor added to the storyline – all very entertaining. AND find out what really happened to the medal Chewbacca should have received! (Well… at least according to the Lego Star Wars interpretation – LOL!) Children will enjoy the silly antics (Yoda with his teddy bear), the funny quotes (“Insult my crib, you must” – Yoda’s sarcasm) and be able to follow the storyline and understand the gist of the actual Star Wars films – all without the violence (there are fight scenes, just without blood… and gore… and sadness… it’s all quite drama-free.)
Synopsis
The fun begins following the victory celebration in the Ewok village on Endor, at the end of Star Wars: Return of the Jedi.
