Disembarking from the Disney Dream
The last morning on board the ship was bittersweet. On one hand, I was just getting used to the cruising life and could have stayed for a few more days. On the other hand, I couldn’t wait to set my feet on dry ground and be able to call home and check in with my kids!
We could have eaten breakfast at Royal Palace, but the seat time ticket they gave to us was later than would fit into our schedule. So, we ended up heading up to Cabana’s for one last round at the buffet.
Afterwards, it was time for us to leave the ship, pick up our bags, and head through customs. Having gone through customs after two trips to Vietnam, I have to say that this was a much simpler process! It really took just a few minutes and we were ready to head to the buses.
The good news is that we were the first two people on board the bus for Pop Century. The bad news is that we sat through most of Finding Nemo while waiting for the bus to fill up …read more
