First of all, my apologies for the UGLY picture! I didn’t remember to take it until AFTER I had given HALF of my prime rib to Brian and had taken a bite or two. Seriously, what’s left on my plate is about half of what they served me! That is a LOT of meat!
Carved and served with thyme-roasted vegetables, double-baked potato, natural jus, and horseradish
This beef was tender and delicious. I enjoyed every last bite of what was left on my plate (after I shared). The horseradish (which I love anyway) was a nice accompaniment.
I didn’t eat the veggies because – well, do you see it? I’m pretty sure some of that is celery – which is (to me) the absolute worst food in the world! I avoid it like the plague!
And the potato, while excellent on top, was a bit hard on the bottom – so I only ate the good part.
All in all, though, this was a very tasty – and very large – meal! I’d recommend it.
