I know, I know, I just posted a Disney movie trailer yesterday. I’d like to apologize for inundating you with Disney movie trailers. No, that’s a lie. I’m not sorry at all. And here’s why . . .
In light of all the recent tragic events happening in my happy place, Orlando, FL – home of my beloved Walt Disney World – I think it’s wonderful that we can balance out the negative with the positive, the sad with the happy. I’m glad that Disney is continuing to produce feel-good, family-friendly movies that give my family not only something to look forward to, but something to enjoy together for years to come.
So, with all that being said, let’s chat about Pete’s Dragon . . .
I have to admit, I never saw the original (1977) version of this movie. I think I’m going to have to change that (it’s available to watch on Amazon). Reading the description of that one, it seems this new one is loosely based on it.
