As I’m looking at the dessert menu for Royal Palace, I’m somewhat surprised at myself that I didn’t order the Peanut Butter Mousse. That sounds like something I would enjoy. Maybe that sounded a bit too sweet and heavy at the time. Instead, I went with the Creme Brulee. This is something that I’ve ordered at various restaurants throughout Walt Disney World.

I’ve never attempted to make Creme Brulee, but I can tell that it must be very sensitive to make. I mean, you have to torch the top of it. So, it’s difficult to get that perfect crispness on top without it getting either sticky or a burnt taste.

This one had a bit too much of a burnt flavor on top, but the addition of that piece of strawberry really made it yummy to me.

In typical Brian fashion, he once again opted for the ice cream sundae – this one a strawberry shortcake variety.
