Peaches and Cream – Sicilian Pistachio Dust, Vero Beach Arugula, Sonoma Chevre – $16.00

Plancha-seared Chanterelles – Antebellum Grits, Brentwood Sweet Corn, Peppadew Emulsion – $32.00

Ancient Grains – Local Shirred Egg, Crisp Haricot Verts, Sundried Tomato Charon Sauce – $30.00

Crispy Feta Dumpling – Sunburst Squash, Heirloom Tomatoes, Genovese Basil Pesto – $32.00
