I’m a huge fan of Disney dining plan…it’s a convention way to prepay for your meals AND save a little money along the way. Even with all the yummy food that comes with the plan, we often find that there are a few things we could save on if we purchased them elsewhere and in advance. You have a few different options when pre-ordering items.
1) Use a local Grocery Delivery Service like Garden Grocer. You can head to their site, pick out the grocery items you want and pick your delivery date. They do charge a delivery fee and things in the immediate area outside Walt Disney World can be a bit more expensive than you are used to at home
2) Pack a few extra’s in your luggage! We’ve been known to toss some granola bars, pop tarts or other snacks in our checked luggage. We don’t usually put much in there simply due to weight but if you are going on a shorter trip this might be a good option.
