Captain Cook’s Allergy Friendly Breakfast Menu

Captain Cook’s located at Disney’s Polynesian Village Resort (as of 2/2018) – This menu covers the top 8 common allergens (gluten/wheat, milk/dairy, egg, soy, peanut, tree nut, fish and shellfish). Check with the restaurant for modifications and/or other special dietary needs.

Note: This menu was introduced as part of Disney’s allergy-friendly menus launch in 2015.

Allergy-Friendly Waffles served with Bacon or Sausage
Scrambled Eggs served with Potatoes and Bacon or Sausage
Bounty Platter served with Scrambled Eggs, Bacon, Sausage, Potatoes, and Waffles
Steel-Cut Oatmeal (Sarah’s Note: Check with a Disney cast member to discuss. These may not be certified gluten free oats and may not be safe for those with Celiac Disease to consume)
