Captain Cook’s Allergy Friendly Lunch and Dinner Menu

Captain Cook’s located at Disney’s Polynesian Village Resort (as of 2/2018) – This menu covers the top 8 common allergens (gluten/wheat, milk/dairy, egg, soy, peanut, tree nut, fish and shellfish). Check with the restaurant for modifications and/or other special dietary needs.

Note: This menu was introduced as part of Disney’s allergy-friendly menus launch in 2015.

Gluten Free/Wheat Allergy Friendly
1/3 lb Angus Bacon Cheeseburger served on an Allergy-Friendly Bun with French Fries
Grilled Chicken Sandwich topped with Cheddar, Bacon, GF Teriyaki, and Pineapple Salsa with French Fries on an Allergy-Friendly Bun
Seafood Curry – Shellfish Medley of Mussels, Shrimp, and Bay Scallops served in a Curry Sauce over Sticky Rice
Seared Chicken Breast served with Pineapple Samba, Red Quinoa, Edamame Salad
Thai Coconut Meatballs – All Beef Meatballs served over Sticky Rice
