Every family we work with is completely unique, so we strive to get to know each one and make personalized recommendations based on every family’s needs. In order to accomplish this goal, we need to train. We need to personally experience destinations in order to be at the top of our game.
In December 2019, we had our agency training at Walt Disney World in Orlando, Florida. Check out what we learned.
For this training we stayed at Disney’s Pop Century Resort. It was a great opportunity for us to see the newly renovated rooms, sleep in the murphy beds (they were very comfortable), and use the new skyliners.
Upon arrival it wasn’t just fun and games. Before we play, we have to get our work done. We started by meeting in the main food court and worked together to help each other answer questions about some of our programs we use. We did some troubleshooting and shared best practices. It was a great time of brainstorming and helping each other.
